À la carte and sampler menus change every week. HOME-STYLE COOKING with home-made bread and pasta, and fresh fish.

House aperitif. HORS D’OEUVRES: Fresh fish carpaccio, Cuttlefish salad, Vegetable quiche. FIRST COURSE: Tagliolini pasta in a seafood sauce, Crespelle crèpes with spinach and cheese filling. SECOND COURSE: Sea-Bream in lemon sauce or grilled veal filet. MANU DESSERT.

HORS D’OEUVRES: selected hors d’oeuvres du jour, Rocket salad and fresh porcini mushroom carpaccio, Octopus rollata, Mussels alla marinara in a garlic and parsley sauce, Grilled tomini cheeses, Fagottini rolls stuffed with zucchini and cheese. FIRST COURSE N 2: Sampler of today’s first course dishes. Tagliolini pasta with shell-fish, Tagliolini pasta with fresh astice lobster, Trofiette pasta with shrimp and zucchini, Orecchiette pasta in a mullet sauce, Chicche pasta in rabbit ragù sauce. SECOND COURSE: Veal fillet grilled or with gorgonzola cheese, Golden rabbit fillet, Grilled pagelli fish, Sea-bream grilled or Ligurian style, Fried squid, Grilled sea-bass, Grilled baby squids, Grilled fresh sardines.
